This hotel was amazing very quiet and very clean nice employees pretty much just construction employees and passer Byers through Gillette awesome customer service and an awesome stay!!

The property smelt horrible, the bed was uncomfortable as well. The toilet bearly worked and tbh I didn’t really feel all that safe just cuz of the environment of the other people who stay there

The property was fine for a quick one night stop and the price was very good. The reception person was anything but helpful. We needed a luggage cart and it was very difficult to get info from her about where it was. Only have the bare minimum of information about anything. The attendant at breakfast was equally silent.

I want to take time to recognize an employee at the front desk. His name is Nicholas. This man went above and beyond to assist me at your hotel when I was having a very bad time. I normally stay at much nicer places. Moving forward, when I am in town… This property is where I will stay.

I continue to be pleasantly surprised by Quality Inn. The staff seem to really care about what they are doing. Yes, the physical plant isn't always great, but they keep it clean and are always helpful. The one in Gillette wasn't in the greatest place (liquor stores and light industry around), but it seemed to be a 6 minute drive from everything.

Great stay, especially if travelling with pets.
We were travelling with our 2 dogs. The night receptionist was so thoughtful, giving us a room close to an exit so it would be easier to take our dogs out. The room was spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. Nice and plentiful breakfast and friendly staff in the morning as well. The young man at the front desk researched and gave me local dog parks addresses. A+ facility!

Walls are thin. Can hear every door, crying baby, conversations in the hall and dining area below our room. Can hear road noise as well. Our heating unit was off when we arrived so it was freezing in our room. We found many hairs in the shower prior to using it, exhaust fan was disgusting, floors, walls, and trim around the entire room were dirty. The heating unit on the wall was so loud you couldn’t hear the tv.

Everything was great except the loud guests in a room across the hall coming and going and must have been partying. I think they were just young and didn't realize they were waking everyone else up. Haha! We stayed here last year for New Year's and had a good experience so stayed there again this year. Thanks! Great price, comfortable, easy.

Typical Quality Inn.
It's a typical Quality Inn frequented by a lot of blue-collar workers which is fine but the carpets were a little dirty and it shows signs of wear. The room was nice though, the bed was comfortable but in the morning none of the TV's worked. The lady who worked the breakfast bar was super funny really nice.

From the time I tried to checkin....no one at the desk, and I had to ring the bell for 15 minutes before the staff arrived at the desk, to finding our way down to the basement where our room was located, I really wanted to find another hotel. The hotel was noisy. While our room was clean enough, I was uncomfortable with staying there. I will not stay at this hotel again.
