The house has a maid and pool man who helps guests cook, do errands and favors. It must be canceled for each employee $70 thousand pesos per day ( 18 usd ) that are paid upon delivery of the house.
The complex or condominium charges when registering at the entrance approximately 150 thousand pesos (40usd) throughout the group for administrative procedures.
The complex or condominium charges upon registration at the entrance a fee for vehicle entry of approximately 80 thousand pesos (20 usd) per car.
