Unfortunately we barely slept, the noise was so loud from outside, the surrounding rooms and the fridge that we had the worst night's sleep ever. Also when I first had a shower the water was brown, from that point the water was not warm either. We only stayed one night so it wasn't worth moving rooms

Lovely welcome from Edith on reception, helpful with parking and very friendly. Good location, only about 10 mins walk to old town and newer shops round corner. Clean hotel room , with tea/ coffee making facilities in room also complimentary water.

Hotel was ok - just a short walk to most of what you need. My room was on 4th floor - very loud banging at night - both nights - and my room was not cleaned or serviced the duration of my stay - I was out all day so not sure why - I didn’t need anything but it is nice to come back after a day out to a serviced room

Its location is great. Its a quiet area to drive to, parking is available to book through the hotel. Its a short walk to the old town and all the tourist areas. The property is clean and modern. We will stay here again when visiting Girona.

Erba by Pillow is a nice, restful place to stay. The bed was kind of hard, but I would have rated the hotel with a full on smile if I hadn’t been wakened in the middle of the night (on my second night there) by a man pounding on the door, saying, “Open the door! I am from the hotel! We have a noise complaint against you!” I am in my late 60’s. I was almost asleep, and I was NOT making any noise. He said, “I can open the door. Do I have to do that, or are you going toopen it for me?” I had no idea who this guy was/. For all I knew, he wanted to to rob me. He finally went away saying, “I am sorry that you made some noise!” Ridiculous! I called downstairs, and the guy did work there and apologized, but that was some unnecessary stress. How was I supposed to know who he was? I was half asleep in bed in my nightgown, for crying out loud.

Close to interesting sites
The hotel is near the river and the central market. Hotel supplied parking was expensive so we parked in the street near the market. We could walk to a good selection of restaurants as well as the iconic riverside apartments. Sadly, the river level was very low and the river bed was dry in places.

Great location, but the room was not like showed in the pictures. Super clean, koods to the staff but unfortunately I saw a silver fish on the wall and that kind of ruined my stay. Nevertheless, I will still stay there again as the location is the best.

Everything was quite nice except for a power failure during the night which caused the air conditioning to shut down. The problem was fixed as soon as staff were informed, but there were a few hot hours in the middle of the night.

Nice old town
A small room, but ok for a night or two. Very nice old town, certainly pleasant. Difficult to park the car when checking in, as you have to park 'somewhere' before you get the key into the (paid) parking garage next to the hotel. Shower, A/C etc was working fine.

Good stay
The hotel is really nice, the bed and the bathroom is amazing. Aircon works very nice. Unfortunately due to some problems with the pipes in the building on our 2nd day we got transferred to another hotel called Conda by Pillow, which wasn't that nice, much older room, with squeaky bed and small old bathroom and barely functioning aircon. I know its not their fault that the pipe broke and they did the best they could in the situation. But Condal compared to Erba is a downgrade.

La ubicación es perfecta. Puedes llegar en coche a la puerta del hotel que es donde esta el parking pagado. Está en el casco histórico. Muy buena relación precio calidad. Con todas las comodidades. Debería tener 1 estrella más. Muy limpio todo, aunque cuando llegué habian unos pelos en el suelo del baño. Personal amable. Lo recomiendo 100%.
