  • Discover this stunning modern duplex apartment in a truly unique location, right in the middle of Girona’s old town. Spacious, bright and stylishly designed, it offers every modern comfort and unbeatable views over La Rambla and the city center. The apartment features two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. On the entry level you’ll find the second bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined), a private bathroom and a separate toilet. The large living room feels like a loft, with a big glass sliding door opening onto a balcony with beautiful city views. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, and a freestanding bathtub right in the room—a touch of luxury for a memorable stay. The fully equipped kitchen with cooking island is perfect for preparing meals, and includes an additional utility corner with washing machine and sink. With air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a prime location, this duplex is an exceptional base to experience Girona.

    The apartment is located in Girona’s historic centre, the Barri Vell, where car access is restricted and parking is not allowed. In most areas, vehicles may only enter up to three times per quarter, so we recommend parking before check-in.
