"Lovely brand new hotel - recently taken over by VOCO IHG chain. Breakfast was amazing with good choices. Transport links were easy. 1hr to get the train to Krakow. Get the AP bus also - airport to hotel area in around 40 mins and cost 7 zloty each. A cab on arrival was 258!! Lovely coffee machine and kettle in the room. We had a standard room which had a sofa. Very good deal. "

"Probably the worst stay over the last 6 trips. Blocked shower, limited towels. The room outdated required renovation. When I asked for towels to be replaced, I was told that I will be charged for it. At the end I was promised to receive towels but it never happened. The standard of hotel was lower than hostel, staff not effective for the price equal to pan european hotels. The cost of night around 120 eur. Rip off . Never again!"
