We stayed the first 2 days of opening so a lot of people were still being trained. But it did make it a little fustrating at midnight when checking in from a long drive. "Cabin was perfect for us. Cozy but spacious. Cabin was clean and everything worked properly. Kitchen had all necessary supplies and it even had a small propane grill to use. Locations is just outside the west entrance of the park (less than 10 minute drive). There is a store onsite with basic items and a larger store/gas station/cafe right down the road. "We spend three night at the lodge and the manager/host, Brian, was outstanding. He provided us with lots of valuable information. The lodge is run by the Glacier Guides Montana Raft company, and we rented bicycles from them. I really recommend their service.
