Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pick up and dispose of any excrement in yard if you brought a furry friend.!!! REMINDER $50 fee for any feces left on the property!!!
Wash all dishes used. Clean and empty bbq grill if used.
Pull boat fully onto shore with bottom side up. Paddles go in blue bin by patio door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Smoking is allowed outside only. Please use ashtray provided and burn all butts in the fire pit.
Absolutely NO fireworks!! Absolutely NO hair dye in the house!!
For those bringing a furry friend. There will be a $50 fee if I find any excrement on the property after your visit. Pick up after your pet.

Clean & Charming

Rachel was great with communication and checking in to see if we needed anything.The place was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Beautiful spacious deck.Rachel was very welcoming and even left a handwritten welcome note along with a gift bag of goodies!I highly recommend this property and will definitely book again!
