Definitely looks fairly new as if they are still setting up some things, however, the view was totally worth every penny, I loved the porch swing! Very relaxing room, very quiet inside even though it is by high traffic. The water pressure was amazing, I actually accidentally fell asleep in the tub. The beds were very comfortable, definitely would stay again!! The space in the back to walk was incredible, I woke up to watch the sunrise, it was breathtaking. The employee (owner) was very friendly!

Adorable country house
This is an adorable bed and breakfast, just without the breakfast. Probably had to cut costs during Covid lockdowns and they just haven’t brought breakfast back yet. Squeaky clean place, nice management.

Perfect for us!
No frills inn that did the job for our stay. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Only downside is no breakfast but we have stayed a couple times and plan to book in the future!

Effing really???
Between the pipes slamming in middle of the night and the rats chewing on the walls and the guy stomping around all night upstairs, i got about 90 min. Of sleep. On the 1980's spring mattresses. Oh and by the way, no coffee in the morning. No anything really. Some cereal and sugar packets in the "breakfast area". Not even milk for the cereal. I didn't even see the staff. The TV reception was poor. The "complimentary shampoo " was half used. There was a chewing tobacco pouch on the floor next to the bed. The room was not ready when we arrived at 5:00pm. Had to wait for pillow cases. The whole place smelled bad, just stay somewhere else.

It's quaint. Jay (the Manager) was very friendly. Renovated rooms were nice. Property is undergoing a "re-fresh" but still nice; especially for the low cost to stay. I would stay again.

Receptionist Jay is very friendly, nice and easy communicating. I was very sorry to bother him in the middle of the night and he still assists in no time. Property is also exceptional clean, def will come back.

A beautiful old farmhouse converted into an Inn. Pretty good condition considering the age. Love the porches. Jay was a kind and helpful host.

Super cute from the outside but that’s it. No one stays on the property - got told by locals that people go there to buy drugs - dirty burned mattresses outside in hallway making it a huge fire hazard - room was not clean let alone sanitized - was locked out and couldn’t get the key (it’s like a house key not a card key) to work so we couldn’t even stay the night there because no one was there to let us in to even get to our room - when we finally got in (a man staying there had told us key also works to door on porch for our room) we left key at front desk and as we were leaving a vehicle pulled in and almost hit our car because their reckless driving - it was just me and my daughter traveling together and we went to a different hotel because we felt very unsafe

if you need a room for one night ok
everything old fixtures rusted ,some kind of streaks on bathroom walls.no hotwater in shower.dirt in corners and walls.outside nice inside old can here creaking noise from other rooms.amenities stink.even though its a nice country setting road noise all night.

Bed was comfortable, room was relatively clean. Shower rod was falling off wall, hair dryer did not work, toilet paper holder was falling off wall. A lot of maintenance is needed. No breakfast of any kind offered.

It had a beautiful surrounding and beautiful thought behind the idea. But cleanliness wasnt good,lots of mold in bathrooms but rest was okay.

Loved the small town home like feel and appearance. House keeping and linens were really poor. Too bad because with nice linens and cleanliness we would have stayed many more times. The place is charming but the linens were old and thin. The furniture, although nice was dusty and filth was everywhere in the height of Covid. I paid and left the next morning. We had planned to stay 2 weeks.

Ood room for the price offered!
The room was relatively clean. The furniture was older and had stains in the chair, but the bed was new and very comfortable. The plug in, in the bathroom did not work so to blow dry or use a curling iron, i had to do it in the main room. Good shower. It had a very nice porch that you had access to from your room with a small table and chairs. Being smokers that was very nice because ashtrays were on the tables and we were able to go outside, relax and smoke. They use actual keys rather than key cards and we did have an issue with our key sticking in the door to the porch but the attendant fixed it for us. Coffe pot and small packets of coffee were available but no cream or sugar was offered. Ice bucket in the room but we did not see a ice machine but really didn't ask so there may have been one domewhere. There was a small fridge in room as well.

The property on Expedia misrepresented itself .It was in a bad location, very dirty, cobwebs all over the room. We had to wipe all the tables with our disinfecting wipes including the bathroom. It looks like it was never cleaned , mildew inside of the bathroom, even the lobby was never kept up.When we arrived, about 4:00 he was not at the sight we had to wait. If I were Expedia I would eliminate the site from your list of hotels because is giving you a bad name I've traveled many many years over 40 years and this was the pit .One other site that I was not pleased with your company what a site in Sorrento, Italy and you were kind enough to reimburse me for the stayng. Please take my advice, thank you Antonio Lonigro

No lights in the bathroom, got locked out of the building at 4 p.m. and no answers at the phone #'s listed on the door and TP ran out after 1 use & couldn't find anyone to provide more. Had to use TP out of my boat for the rest of the 12 hour stay.

Operator was not insite. We had to wait for him to arrive. The non-smoking room was dirty and smelled of smoke. The bathroom was disgusting, particularly in the toilet area.

The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. The lamps next to the beds were REALLy bright...maybe a little too much. areas like top of The continental breakfast was minimal... I think only one other room was occupied so I get it(and we are not upset)but there was no fruit, no yogurt , no eggs, only dry cereal was Fruit Loops. Even with all of that- the hosts were great and helpful and sweet folks. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice building - owner didn't speak English well - room was clean, overhead (hanging lights) in the Royal Suite didn't work, the lights that were along the wall worked wayyyy too well and were very bright. Bathroom fixture only had 1 of 4 bulbs working. Breakfast consisted of bagels, mini muffins, and one variety of cereal. Butter and cream cheese was frozen, note that milk and juice were in the fridge. No juice, and milk was a gallon. Odd but cute place, would go back again considering where the other friends stayed and they had wayyy bigger issues.

Owners at this establishment are extremely nice, responsive @ helpful. Inn is very clean, but in the process of some repairs in the rooms. Very nice, quiet place to stay when in the area. Great value !
