Conveniently located close to the village of Glen Arbor. This stunning property offers an idyllic retreat for those seeking a serene and luxurious getaway.

Located just a mile from Glen Arbor, you’ll find fantastic local restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing within reach. What a perfect way to enjoy the sun, sand, and so much more! Explore the nearby Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, renowned for its stunning sand dunes and scenic hiking trails.

Must submit an $2000 off-platform security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
Must follow all house rules!
Minimum age of 25 years old to book.
Smoking is not allowed.
Up to 2 dogs allowed with approval and a $200 pet fee
Missing or damaged towels, sheets, quilts, blankets, pillows will be charged to guest at replacement cost.
Quiet time is from 11pm-7am daily.
No unapproved parties or events.
No fireworks.
Please park on the cement or gravel area only. No parking or driving on grass or edges is allowed due to possible irrigation and septic damage.

Wonderful views of the islands. Excellent beach. Close to town and attractions yet secluded. Great house layout with a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of deer to enjoy on walks (keep your dog on a leash!). Lighted freighters passing in the night is a bonus with an evening wine on the deck, beach or at the fire-pit. The cleanliness and quality of everything in the home made it pleasantly comfortable.

Fabulous Stay

We spent a week at Island View on Sleeping Bear Bay in Glen Arbor. It is a fabulous rental, with a cook’s delight kitchen. The views are spectacular and the sunsets cannot be beat. I cannot say enough good things about this rental.

We had an absolutely fantastic week at this property—everything exceeded our expectations. The home is beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped with high-end finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and at home.The kitchen was a dream to cook in, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every room offered something special—from the cozy living spaces to the spa-like bathrooms. We especially appreciated the peaceful setting and how quiet and private the property felt, while still being just minutes from local attractions and restaurants.The host was also responsive and gracious, providing all the details we needed for a seamless check-in and stay. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals over the years, and this one ranks at the very top. Highly recommend—would return in a heartbeat!

Paradise!

We had a wonderful trip to Glen Arbor and the Island View house. Our kids loved the play room and the bunk beds. Everything easy access and well appointed. Owners were very helpful/responsive. The beach and the water were perfect, and the fire pit was fun for s’mores. We went into town, jogged up to the sleeping Bear dunes and rode bikes on the well manicured trails. Hope to return again soon!
