Experience Sea Cliff beach/boardwalk area like a local, bring your chill vibes and flip flops, no car needed! Home is located midway between beach and marina, two restaurants and beach concession stand are close by on the same street, Many more within a quick walk. Bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards are available at Shore Thing Rentals inside Safe Harbor Marina, just across the street. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and queen size sleeper sofas in Living room and lower level. Owner lives in separate apartment upstairs. Outdoor space includes dining area, fire pit, bbq, hot tub and outdoor shower.
