Please note that garage is not available for guest use, You can park your car in the Driveway & in the streets for free!

We warmly welcome dogs to our home, and there is an additional pet fee of $150 per pet per stay that must be settled prior to check-in. However, please be aware that we do not permit cats inside the home.

We have a fence surrounding the yard, which is sufficient to keep normal-sized dogs contained. However, please be cautious if you have smaller dogs, as they may be able to escape. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during your stay.

For guests on a short stay, we kindly request that you take care of your trash by helping us on putting out by the side of the backyard's gate when you check out or Monday/Wednesday/Friday night, the sanitation workers will pick up every Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday early morning. Thank you for understanding!

We wanted to remind that please do not overload the fragile plumbing system as it will cause trouble.

Perfect Pet-Friendly Stay Close to NYC!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our trip. The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to public transit and all the attractions we wanted to visit in New York City. The backyard was a great bonus, and our dogs absolutely loved it! They had plenty of space to explore and relax, making the stay enjoyable for the whole family.

Clean and comfortable

Clean property, spacious and accommodating. Very cute residential neighborhood. Good communication with the proprietor, everything was clear and easy. Great fenced-in yard with private driveway, two televisions, and a Keurig coffee machine. Hope for a return visit!

Disappointing

Very dissatisfied with stay especially once you factor in the cost. A few issues with the stay:1) Property was not very clean and there were dead bugs, spiders, and ants all over the house and in the bathtub. I brought this issue to the host who did promptly respond and said that housekeeping would come; however, housekeeping did not actually clean the home again. Someone came to spray some pesticides. There is also an odor to the home.2) More of an FYI, but there is no central air.3) The listing states a 50 pet fee but we were actually charged 150. The yard is not very pet friendly as there is a huge gap in the fence. Would not return.
