"We didn’t have hot water, but everything else was good and we love the restaurant."

"It’s an excellent hotel. The staff was outstanding. The happy hour kickoff was great and so was the breakfast.. the only problem I had there should be an easier way to check out even when you use like Expedia. Cause right now if you use someone other than the hotel website to book, you have to go to the parking garage back your car up then drive clear around to the front of the hotel. Go inside to check out. It would be so much easier if you could just check out on the TV app or something other than having to go through all the extra steps that is the only thing wrong with this hotel."

"The air didn't work properly and the sink backed up with water"

"Smooth check-in. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. "

"Front sliding doors did not open. You had to open them manually. They ran out of room keys so the staff on duty had to unlock our room everytime we left and came back. Breakfast was just bread, jelly, milk and cereal. We were attacked by bed bugs during our stay."

"During our two day stay, on day one, the toilet would not flush and it took a whole day before anyone came to fix it. Had to go the the main level to use a restroom. Also, the onsite restarant, the Tin Lizard staff were not good servers. Drinks were empty and we felt like a burden"
