A couple of important notes...this is a 20 acre property shared with another house. The barn apartment is 850SF and has an adjoining shop that is not included in the rental and may be accessed by the property owner at times. There are a few trails in nearby woods for exploring or meditating but be careful not to cross fences or lose your direction! In the summer these trails are usually overgrown. It’s not uncommon to see deer and other wildlife in the evening and morning.
