"When i arrived the staff member was sitting on the couch and acted as tho i was disrupting him, but check in was ok. The breakfast food in the AM was barely luke warm and the room refrigerator was not cold. Bed was good and it was quiet so thankful for q place to rest"

"The room was lovely! Very spacious as well as thoughtfully set up and equipped. Every staff member we came in contact with was very kind! Only complaints would be other loud guests, and when I requested a call when our room was ready, I never received a call. Otherwise nice hotel and nice stay!"

"This was one of the best hotel experiences that I have had in quite a while. The front desk check in was very nice. Payton seemed to enjoy her job and was extremely helpful. Easy and free parking. Clean and spacious rooms. A great bar/restaurant in the hotel. We will definitely return. A great addition to the town of Rockford!"

It was just noise in the part the hotel I was in, could hear the TV in the room next to me and someone in the same hallway was playing music loud enough I could hear it at really late at night. I had forgotten to pack ear plugs and the front desk sadly didn’t have any. "
