"Great location for our purpose. Neat rooms recently renovated with modern small unsuite, good bed, cosy doonas, and very quiet effective air-conditioning/heating. The rooms are not sound proof so you could hear noises in other rooms and the hallway at times. Being part of the hotel was great with full bar and bistro facilities. A breakfast pack is available in the room as the hotel only serves breakfast on the weekends. Great cafes just a walk down the road."

"My stay at ROY was absolutely unforgettable! The views from each floor was purely therapeutic! The breakfast each morning was beautifully made. Kudos to each and every one of the staff for being extra kind and going out of their way to make my stay extra comfortable. I must say, yhe heated bathroom floors was the biggest feature to highlight! Must add though, that the couch and armchairs in the living room are extremely uncomfortable and I kept experiencing unusual back pain after use....

"We stayed in the motor inn, which is basically the motel side of the luxury resort. We were given access to the luxury resort facilities like the spa and restaurants (I'm sure the casino too), which we can't complain. As our stay was a last minute thing, we didn't find good options in CBD Hobart nor Battery Point, but this location turned out to be only minutes' drive away, we are very happy we snatched a last minute deal from here. (Our price was so competitive, even comparable to a hostel stay...
