The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Replace all chairs, cushions, and equipment where originally located;
Turn the central A/C to 78° in the summer and Heat Unit to 65° in the winter at the thermostat in the hallway.
All animal feces must be picked up and disposed of in the outdoor trashcan prior to check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The garage is strictly off-limits. Homeowner has personal belongings stored in those areas. NO EXCEPTION- AUTOMATIC TERMINATION-N0 REFUND
NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE HOME!!! Outside-ALL cig MUST be put in ashtray and emptied before check-out. Failure to do so results in $150 cleanup fee.
Dog Waste MUST be picked up and disposed of prior to checkout or additional $150 fee will be charged.
