The water is down a semi steep grade down below the house. There are steps leading down about half way, and the rest of the way is a narrow trail. There are calm shallow areas for smaller children to play, deeper more rapid water in areas for adults. The 2 twin beds are located in 2 separate rooms, but you have to walk through the 1st twin room to get to the other twin room. There is a door that closes the 2 twin rooms off from one another.
