Mid Century Home with a Modern Twist in Downtown. Proximate to Everything w/AC!

If you are looking to be in downtown Glenwood Springs but want a little elbow room, this modern home is located in the downtown area but is on a large lot with a fenced yard. It is walking distance to everything including downtown, the grocery store, train station, the Hot Springs pool, the Rio Grande Trail and is a block from the Doc Holiday trail head. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath two story home is fully equipped for your extended stay or just a weekend jaunt from the city. The backyard is set up to enjoy your evenings outside on the patio.

The first floor offers a living room, dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a great kitchen with a bar. The downstairs is a walkout basement with another living space, Smart TV, laundry room, a bathroom and two bedrooms.

If you are headed to Glenwood Springs chances are that you already know all the awesome stuff this little town has to offer including (but not limited to), Gold Medal trout fishing, fishing, rafting, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, hot springs, Glenwood Adventure Park, vapor caves, disc golf, golfing, shopping and, or course, skiing.

Great place to stay

Our group of 8 loved staying in this home. 2 generations were able to enjoy being together and also have some space apart. Its a great location in Glenwood Springs to walk and bike around town. We would definitely stay there again.

Well furnished and comfortable home. So close to downtown restaurants. Easy to take a jaunt to Aspen or Vail. We ate out every night, so didn't use too many appliances. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure perfect. There are apple trees in the back yard, with a nice long porch off the main floor so youre in the trees. Walking trail goes right by the house. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is gorgeous and located within a short walking distance of all the restaurants and shopping and pools. We had six adults, and there was plenty of room.

Rocky Mountain Ski Trop

We had a great time in Glenwood. House comfortable fits 6-8 and is well laid out. We live being able to walk to downtown restaurants and the hot springs. Also conveniently located about 45 minutes from Snowmass and Beaver.

Hosted a group of friends here for Friendsgiving, house is awesome. Super clean and had everything we needed. Awesome outdoor space ans super close to everything downtown. Beds were super comfortable as well.

Lovely home in Glenwood

The family did a wonderful job of remodeling their home. Beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, nicely outfitted kitchen. Walking distance to downtown, quiet neighborhood. Can't say enough good things about the house almost wish to keep it a secret for my next visit ;-).

We have stayed in many VRBO's and this was one of our favorites. The location for fun was perfect. Walking distance to every thing downtown. The king size bed was comfortable and the entire house was very clean. It is a great size house for another couple or a small group.

Comfortable and convenient

We were really impressed with the location, everything in town was walking distance. Beds were comfortable, bathroom and kitchen updated. The backyard is very cozy, the outdoor furniture can use a little TLC. The bedroom screen in the basement was held with duct tape, so a little dated exterior but such a lovely place all in all.

Comfortable and clean

Great home with good space for 8 of us. Very clean and comfortable. We took the train from Denver and walked to the house. Did the hike up to the old cemetary and also walked to the hot springs and the vapor caves. We had a great weekend!

The inside was as pictured and the kitchen had everything you needed. Nicely done.Yard in backyard could use some help. Big part looks dead and broken branch on tree. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were pretty dirty and no chairs on upstairs deck. We really liked the windows in the upstairs, it looks like you're in a forest. I would recommend new towels because ours were very dry and abrasive.
