This is a great place to stay! We had an issue with the AC unit and the owner addressed it immediately. He sent someone over and it was fixed when we got back from being out for the day. It was nice to have a separate sleeping area in the basement with a bathroom since we had two families staying there. The house is within walking distance to everything downtown.

The size of the house was perfect for our family. We had all the kitchen items necessary to cook our meals. Nice bathrooms with plenty of towels. Appreciated having towels specifically to take to the Hot Springs. It was a short walk to downtown and close to grocery store. I would definitely consider renting this house again.

We had a great time in Glenwood Springs! This property is perfect for a family - the neighborhood is cute, clean, quiet and welcoming. The house is well maintained, fully stocked with anything you might need on your trip, and the hosts are communicative, sweet and so easy to work with. Great relaxing stay

We have nothing but great things to say about this home! Comfortable living room and big, easy to work ( important!) TV, comfortable beds, all that you might need in the kitchen, wonderful downstairs bedroom and bath, easy to operate washer and dryer, plenty of amenities like Kleenex, soap, shampoo etc. the location is very convenient as well. We loved our 1 week stay so much that we have booked this for 2 weeks next year!!
