"The place was dirty, the bathroom ceiling was falling down and the bathtub was dirty and coming apart, no towels. We had to get out of there and cancel and start looking elsewhere."

"When we arrived we paid $30 for early check in they face us room keys etc wheb we got in the room it smelled like SMOKE cigarette smoke yes it’s a smoking room but it was supposed to be cleaned right smh no we go in the bathroom dirty towels bunched up in the corner tub and toilet dirrty trash under the beds and on the counters nothing was sanitized nothing smelled clean the sheets and covers was also used. Long story short I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and plug ins and cleaned the room ourselves and asked for the $30 backs "
