It was nice . The bed and pillows were comfy. Lots of options to watch on TV. Nice Dove products in the bathroom, which felt luxurious. Nicely decorated room. We had a very pleasant stay!

This was a nice place. The front desk staff were helpful. The breakfast was great. It was quiet and the black out curtains made for comfortable sleep.

We always stay at the Holiday Inn when we come to Globe I want to start off by saying that I love Amy who works at the desk she has always been very helpful and very friendly she is an absolute ray of sunshine she goes above and beyond to make sure that our stay is perfect if we have any issues she is on top of it she does the work of a million people. This being said we have never had any issues and have always had a very good stay but this time upon check in we went to the room we were first given only to find it dirty (unmade beds dirty towels trash full tv still on etc) so Amy immediately gave us a new room after apologizing she did what she needed to do but the second room key did not work it flashed red and green and door wouldn’t open after trying a few time I went back down and again Amy apologized and we got into a room Anyway the last couple of times We have stayed I have been noticing people hanging out by side doors people I have watched walking to the hotel and then we have seen employees at the hotel bringing these people in the side doors (side doors are opened by room key cards fir safety) this happens early evening time or night then they are seen later with the same employees in the hotel as if they have a room and seeing them leave the next morning through a side door this tends to make a person feel uneasy and unsafe.We usually have a good experience hopefully things change

I like that the hotel was conveniently along our travel route. We were pleased to be able to check in early. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. It was unfortunate that the one elevator was out of order and we had to take the only available room on the ground floor. Although we were relieved not to have to climb stairs, the room was clean but appeared run down and outdated. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start our day of travel.

Stayed at the hotel because it was half way to home and it was 1) overpriced and 2) the hot tub didn’t work and that’s the only reason we stayed there. The kids were super disappointed and we would have just driven the rest of the way home! VERY misleading.

Common areas were dirty when we arrived. One half roll of toilet paper, slippery tub for showers, used cotton swabs behind drapes, dirty carpet - staff was friendly and breakfast was bountiful.

The first room we were assigned had a nasty smell, no tv service and there was a dead bug in the toilet. We were immediately moved next door and the room was clean, no odor, comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. Construction near property results in a less than appealing PPO presence of the property. Not quite what you would expect for the Holiday Inn brand

It’s was ok just overall had ac which was good n had breakfast in the morning. But they didn’t have no fruits at all the whole weekend I was there so they should have some kind of fruit for breakfast. The pool needs to be cleaned the water stink. But some little minor things but had a good time overall

The property was located in a quiet area. The gentleman at check in was very kind and resolved an issue with the room quickly. What wasn’t so great was the room I was put in wasn’t cleaned and had dirty linen balled up on the chair and smelt unpleasant. The gentleman moved us to another room that was clean but the shower curtain was coming off the rings. The breakfast attendant was a bit rude. Overall nice stay for the night.

The location of the property was in a good location for the reason of why I was in Globe. Our room wasn’t in the greatest shape when we arrived. One of the beds were not made. Lamp stand and desk were not wiped down well.

It was okay but the place is not being take care of. Furniture paint is deteriorating and the walls needs painting. Towels were rough and not fluffy. Could not get a late check out since we booked thru Hotels.com

Housekeeping undesirable

Booked a suite. First room was not made, towels tossed on counter, in made beds. I got moved to a second suite, it was very dirty. Unmade beds, food on the floor, trash and mud upon entry. I was moved to a regular size room. I paid for a larger room and was given a smaller room. The breakfast bar employee was rude, yelling at people over pancakes and slamming dishes around. Very loud and children were afraid.

Was very disappointed with our stay. From the 2 cockroaches and a black hardshelled bug that walked across the bathroom floor when we turned on the light, to the black hair on the floor and on the sides of the toilet by the anchor bolts, to the remote that was not programed for the tv (you could change the channel with the remote) but had to go to the tv and use the buttons on the side for volume or on and off (old school way) to the coffee maker that did not work. On a positive note, the staff were very nice and apologetic (and I did receive a credit for the problems). The beds (which are new) were great as were the pillows and bedding. The breakfast in the morning had a very good selection and was stocked well.

This place NEEDS more and better cleaning! The hallways smelled of dirty hamper, likewise the rooms! I had to go buy an air-freshner plug-in for the room ): Add insult to injury the window in the room was not constructed to open ):. Add more insult to injury the AC unit filter (to get/circulate air) desperately needed changing - as such the air emitting out was STANK! ): Sorry, not sorry for this review - ya'll need to take a facilitites cleaning 101 class.

Room was clean but seems like facilities are older and unkept, the gym is lacking and dirty. Very hard to rest as clientele was not cognizant of others. Very overpriced for the quality of my stay.
