"The hotel is a short distance from the main part of Spandau but very well connected with a frequent bus service. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The spa and pool are excellent."

"The only issue is that I was without towels for 2 days until I was able to reach one of the housekeepers and they were able to hand some. The rest was very clean and good place to stay."

"We did not have breakfast so cannot comment, I did see the buffet though and it looked very nice. The staff are very efficient and friendly, I would recommend staying here. I wish I had known we could have asked for a kettle for the room which I didn’t realise until the end of our stay. Great location. "
