"Great stay in this beautiful area of Austria. First the positives( there were many).. The welcome from reception staff at the hotel was perfect. Hotel is in a fantastic location and is visually very attractive and well maintained. Hotel is very Austrian , charming with lots of character. Hotel offers lots of activities, swimming pool, fitness, health spa etc etc. We hired e bikes directly from the hotel for a very reasonable rate of 35 euro. We made the 9okm round trip to the beautiful Lofa without any issues. Staff were extremely attentive. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Our room was of a good size,complete with sofa and small balcony. Room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Negatives. No air conditioning in the room(it was in the middle 30s during the entirety of our 4 day visit). I was really surprised to find a hotel of this quality didn't have air conditioning. Fan was provided which didn't really assist in managing the temperature. No shower screen or curtain when showering in the bath. The floor was constantly wet unless you sat in the bath to shower(rather defeats the point of a shower). No tea and coffeee in the room. The fridge in the room was very poor and hardly cooled anything. I would have loved to give the hotel 5 stars has we had an amazing stay in the stunning Zell Am See region. Hotel is fantastic but missing out on a few "room basics' at this price point. Great stay as part of a 14 day trip around Austria."

"Beautiful in all ways except the shower. It’s the size of a small RV yshower and almost impossible tomorrow enjoy or Get completely clean. It’s very surprising given that the entire bathroom is big Big plus is the team. They are really wonderful. Every single one. The breakfast is also amazing."

"I recommend this hotel for its value, location and cleanliness. The room was small but very functional and the bed was super comfy. I could walk to the Areit lift. Remember this hotel is not in Zell but in Schutthof which is a few KM away but very accessible. Also it is super close to the station to get to Zell am See A few tips: The check in is next door- the Latini so if you arrive late you need to go 2 doors down. Special compliment to the staff - I left a pair of sunglasses in the common areas and Ursula and the staff were fantastic in organizing them to be sent home- a huge thank you to them. All in a all a wonderful and beautiful part of the world and a great value place to stay!"
