"I fell in love as soon as I saw the cottage. I came here with my son's. We didn't get to do much since our stay was short and there was a downpour, but it perfect to unwind/de-stress. Loved the VCR and the movie selection. It took me back to the day's when my eldest son was younger (now an adult). Funny how he only chose the cartoon movies to play. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen/dining area was more than adequate to cook and eat. Judging by the thing's I brought with me to aid in cooking, I could tell there was alot of thought put into the smallest details for anyone who would want to stay there. I didn’t need to use my own aids. The view was fantastic, the walk to the bath house didn’t annoy me like I thought it might. I actually enjoyed the walk. The outhouse nearby the cottage was exceptionally clean with no smell. I truly appreciated that. One thing I would being with me next time is perhaps a netted hat since I don't do chemical bug sprays. A return trip is definitely in the future."

"We had a fantastic stay at John’s home on Great Sacandaga Lake. The house is small but has everything you need. Very clean and tidy. There’s a beautiful view of the lake directly from the house and the access to the lake is great. You have to cross the street for the access point but there’s a flat grassy area with a fire pit right on the bank. Would definitely stay here again!"
