Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt (19.-24.10.) in dieser fantastischen Ferienwohnung.Das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt.Perfekter Meerblick, saubere Unterkunft, sehr gute Kommunikation zu den Eigentümern, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, Eisdiele direkt nebenan, eigener Parkplatz.Wir kommen gern wieder.Viele Grüße

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit unschlagbarer Lage. Allerdings sollte man mal eine Inventur machen. Überall sind Kleinigkeiten kaputt, abgenutzt, erneuerungsbedürftig. Alles in allem nicht dramatisch, sollte aber Zeitnah mal gemacht werden.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, für 2 Personen sehr geräumig. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Einige Gegenstände der Ausstattung sind nutzungsbegingt verbraucht und sollten erneuert werden (Handtuchhalterungen und Halterung Toilettenpapier / Geschirr und Gläser/ teilweise defekte Plisseeschalusie).Sonst empfehlenswert.

Licht und Schatten

Die Ferienwohnung liegt bestens zur Ostsee, Blick vom Frühstückstisch und Balkon klasse. Auch sehr schön ein Fernrohr zum Kap Arkona. Leider die Wohnung vielleicht wegen Ende der Saison nicht mehr an allen Räumen ok.

Uns hat eine ungeputzte Wohnung empfangen. Der Vermieter ist uns preislich etwas entgegengekommen. Insgesamt ist die an sich schöne Wohnung in toller Lage dringend pflegebedürftig. Sonnenschirm und Handtuchhalter defekt, keine Aufleger für die Balkonmöbel. Küchenausstattung muss erneuert werden.. Sehr schade. Unangemessene r Aufpreis für Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

Lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit den 2 Balkonen wunderbar, da man auf dem Seitlichen auch bei schlechteren Wetter super sitzen kann. Spülmaschine sehr leise. Backofen top sauber. Jalousie im Schlafzimmer (Dachfenster) nur stehend vom Bett aus zu bedienen und die Tür vom französischen Balkon leider ohne Fliegengitter. Ausstattung der Wohnung top. Geräuschkulisse leider Nachbarschafts- und der Geruch des Meeres Witterungsabhängig. Natur eben. Alles in Allem eine Wohnung zum wiederkommen. Der Ausblick eine Augenweide.

Großzügige Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Schöne, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, zwei Balkone mit wunderbarem Meerblick! Hochwertige Sofas, auch das Schlafsofa, viele Steckdosen, ausreichend Haken im Bad, geräumige Dusche, Heizung funktioniert gut und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind – für unsere Rücken – sehr gut (vermutlich Kaltschaum)! Leider trotzdem diese Wohnung für uns nicht mehr: Vor Buchung bat ich um ein Foto des Schlafzimmers, es hieß, man hätte keines. Zwei Dachfenster (Kniestock ca. 1,50m) direkt über den Betten. Die Balkontüre (französischer Balkon) ist direkt neben dem Fußteil des linken Bettes und kann nicht gekippt werden. Geöffnet stößt sie nach 50 cm an das Bett. Unsere Ankunft Anfang Oktober (warm): Stechmücken! Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer wären wünschenswert bei einer Wohnung dieser Kategorie. Bei mildem Wetter: Dachfenster auf Lüftungsstufe klappern natürlich bei böigem Wind oder es tröpfelt es sogar mal rein – müssen sie geschlossen bleiben, wird es aber schnell stickig im Schlafzimmer. Zuletzt etwa 8 Grad Nachttemperatur strahlte kalt von den Fenstern ab (Dachfenster aber auch Wohnzimmer), weil weder Außenrollos noch Vorhänge vorhanden sind. Ein Foto vom Schlafzimmer würde Klarheit vorher verschaffen, da wir hier bereits ähnliche Erfahrungen hatten. So hat es unseren benötigten Erholungsschlaf beeinträchtigt. Eines noch zum schönen Bad: Es scheint ein „Kanalproblem“ im Haus zu geben. Bei Wetterumschwung (in diesem Fall: Wind) riecht es sehr unangenehm im Bad. Das ist doch sicher lösbar?
