Really sweet and helpful staff, but this is an old building so no elevators and if you're on anything higher than the second floor you will be humping your bag up very narrow, steep and curved stairs. The room was cozy, what you would expect from an older European hotel. I would stay there again because it's very central to a lot of the historic area, which was convenient.

Hi! I gave it a 4 as I am use to a lobby with staff available 24/7. That isn’t the case here but the phone number provided they were pretty responsive, traveling solo I feel more comfortable with staff present. However the area was safe! I never felt threatened or afraid. Sebastian checked me in and was amazing!! They are only available 10:00-5 and after that you must use the phone number provided.
