"A treat to stay here, in the mountains. Wonderful welcome and service from the reception staff. The historic decor of the hotel makes it interesting to wander through. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the magic views from the windows."

"We loved that this hotel is a social enterprise employing people with a disability. Warm, friendly, helpful staff. The bedrooms are just lovely. It was extremely quiet and we felt like we were the only ones there even though it was fully booked. Whilst there are fancier places to stay, you cant beat Hotel Etico in terms of value for money. Great location withi. Easy commute of Blue Mountains attractions. "

"Reception staff were cheerful and very helpful. Curtains in motel were a bit jaded, lounge chairs were very comfortable as was the bed and I had a good nights' sleep and the road traffic at night did not disturb me. Walk to railway station was comfortable and I came across a cafe called Blue Bird Cafe which was near a walkway across to the station. All in all a very comfortable & convenient stay for me. "

"Great stay just needed to stay there atleast 2 days as 1 day not enough. Nice room, gas fire place was awsome to have in room keep us warm, great shower as it has a rain shower head on it. Awsome view from room and plenty of space. It was fun meeting the Alpacas and feeding them. It was good also to meet the horses . Staff was great to talk too very friendly and very committed to you having a great stay. Place was so quiet and relaxing as no kids being noisy as it is a adults only place. Tennis court, games room, pool table. Food was nice what we had. Cant wait to go again."

"It is located right in the centre of Blackheath, where all the cafes, restaurants and specialty stores are located. It also has a very charming old world feel. We really enjoyed it. "
