"The guy at check in couldn’t be bothered with us. My room had no soap and the shower door didn’t shut properly so it flooded the bathroom and there was no bathmat. My friend had no towels in her room and they made her go downstairs to get them. They also told us to park in a spot where we got ticketed. ..."

"Everything has been great from the moment we checked in. Admittedly it was during a rare Danish heatwave but the staff are super, handy shop on site. The pool is great with the slides.
