Comfortable cottage for a large group open all year round: you can both meet in a friendly atmosphere or isolate yourself without promiscuity, inside or outside. <br>Ideal cottage for a large family or a group of friends up to 8 to 10 people: 1 large bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, a mezzanine, 2 shower rooms, 1 shower room, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 wood stoves, 2 sofa beds...<br>Remarkable balcony terrace, shaded by wisteria, in complete privacy, with magnificent view overlooking the Monts d'Ardèche, facing south, and accessible on the same level as the living room.<br><br>Gîte on 3 levels:<br><br>Level 1: <br>1 small independent bedroom accessible from an outdoor courtyard, with 1 single bed (130 x 190) + 1 toilet + 1 sink + 1 table. <br>Outside: a courtyard with 1 garden table + chairs + barbecue<br><br>Level 2: <br>1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200) + 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200) 1 place and 1 washbasin + 1 double sofa bed in the living room + 1 fitted kitchen + 1 bathroom with 1 toilet and a washbasin + 1 shower room with 1 shower and 1 washbasin.<br> Heating on level 2 is provided by a wood stove (wood provided) and by a solar underfloor heating (which works when there is sun!).<br><br>- Level 3: <br>- 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200)<br>- 1 mezzanine with 1 double bed (140 x 200) and 1 single bed (80 x 190) (height under ridge of 0.60 m)<br>- 1 2-seater sofa bed in the living room<br>- 1 equipped kitchen<br>- 1 shower room including 1 shower, 1 sink.<br><br>Heating on level 3 is provided by a wood stove (wood provided).<br>From this level 3, you can directly access a south-facing outdoor terrace, covered by wisteria: garden table + chairs.
