This luxurious and cozy vacation home NOVASOL is located on a well-kept and fenced plot in the picturesque village of Podamirowo. This beautiful vacation home is ideally located directly on the Jamno Lake (10 m) and not far from the sandy beaches of Mielno (1500 m). The house offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake and its surroundings. The interior of the building is decorated in a unique and modern style and at the same time comfortable and practical. Here you will find everything you need for your vacation. The outdoor Jacuzzi offers great relaxation for the whole family. The house offers free WIFI, underfloor heating on the first floor and air conditioning. The accommodation is suitable for 10 people. The owner can rent a boat for 12 people, arrange cruises for water lovers and offer guests regional wine, beer and homemade sweets. Possible transportation at fixed times to beautiful sandy beaches, by motorboat of the owner of the complex, avoiding traffic jams and paid parking (duration: 5 minutes one way). Romantic sunset cruises with champagne or wine. A beautifully landscaped property with quality garden furniture, lounge chairs, umbrellas and barbecue. The proximity of the lake offers you an amazing atmosphere and many vacation opportunities. We recommend a visit to Ko?obrzeg - a famous seaside resort with many sights. Smoking in the building is prohibited.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus!
Das Ferienhaus wurde sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Beide Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss haben einen Balkon, ein Kleiner mit Blick auf den See und einen Größeren mit Hängematte und Gartenmöbeln. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und bietet besonders viele gemütliche Erholungs- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Jacuzzi, Strandkorb, Gartenmöbel, Doppelliege, Strandstühle, Gartenlaube). Der Strand in Mielno ist ca. 7 km entfernt. (Die Angabe von 1,5 km zum Strand, scheint lediglich die Luftlinie zu sein.) Die Vermieter waren besonders gute Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos und sie waren immer bemüht alles Wünsche zu erfüllen. Vielen Dank nochmals!
