"Amazing view"

"The hotel is in a good location and was well connected to the city centre and is close to a supermarket. Unfortunately, what let this hotel down was the facilities and poor customer service. Upon arriving, the room assigned to us had a broken bathroom door and the light was not working. They changed the room but there was hairs left from the previous guest on the pillow. There was also no WiFi working at this hotel and staff weren't really helpful to resolve this "

"Alojamiento amplio y en muy buen estado. Buenas situación aunque a unos 20 min andando del centro y 15 de la estación central. Algunas pequeñas problemas como que lgunos cubiertos estaban sucios o la no existencia de una cafetera,sin embargo había aceite, azúcar,sal,cafetera de cápsulas."
