Although the room was clean and the hotel located in a pretty area, the staff were not very friendly and I had only cold water in the room. I do not know if it is because they could not speak English, but I thought greeting skills, customer service, or a simple smile would not need any translation. I had to ask all the questions to the receptionist regarding dinner, breakfast, times, etc., otherwise I would have been given the room key and that was it. There was not hot water in the toilet. Upon arriving for breakfast, I said good morning but the person in charge just looked at me blindly, not smile, not greeting, nothing at all, so I decided to check out and leave.

Struttura datata, camere fredde e acqua della doccia appena tiepida. Materassi vecchi e scomodi come i cuscini.
