A picturesque farmhouse setting meets the magic of the lake. This newly renovated 70-square-meter attic loft captivates with its stylish and high-quality furnishings. The apartment features hardwood floors and a fireplace that’s visible from the bedroom, living room, and dining area. The 12-square-meter bathroom features a 1.60-meter rain shower, a toilet, and a sink, as well as a stylish green velvet chaise lounge for relaxing and a washer-dryer. The spacious balcony offers an unobstructed view of Lake Mohrin and the 2,500-square-meter private garden, which is adjacent to the 32-square-meter private dock. In the morning, you can comfortably enjoy your first cup of coffee on the balcony or dock as the sun rises. The sleek black kitchen offers everything your heart desires, including three hob burners, an oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and a fully automatic coffee machine. Also worth mentioning is the cosy seating area in the kitchen right off the balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast while looking out at the lake. The vintage mint-colored refrigerator rounds out the stylish ambiance. The accommodation sleeps four, with all sleeping areas located in one large room. You’ll find a king-size bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres in the sleeping area, a high-quality, sturdy fold-out couch measuring 1.20 x 1.90 metres, and a sturdy fold-out armchair from the same series measuring 1.00 x 2.00 metres, all located in the living area. There is plenty of space for a family with up to two children. A children’s rollaway bed is also available upon request. In the basement of the house, there is a sauna with a relaxation room and loungers—also arranged around a fireplace—which is open from October through March, as well as a fitness tower for a wide variety of strength exercises. All of this is at your disposal and included in the price.

On-site, you’ll have free access to bicycles, SUPs, a kayak and a canoe, an electric boat and a rowing boat, high-quality wooden sun loungers, large hammocks, yoga mats, fishing gear, badminton equipment, and more.

You can set out in the boats directly from the private dock and perhaps enjoy a picnic on the water or in a small cove. Or you can simply grab your bikes and ride all the way around the lake. Lake Mohrin is one of the deepest lakes in West Pomerania. In fact, it ranks 9th in all of Poland. It is nestled in a quiet and beautiful area and covers about 340 hectares. At its deepest point, it is about 60 metres deep, and the total length of its shoreline is 12 km. The Słubia River flows through it, and it is located within the Cedynia National Park. The lake has been classified as Water Quality Class II and is crystal clear. It is home to many species of fish, to which it offers a variety of habitats. The following fish species are found in Lake Mohrin: pike, zander, perch, eels, catfish, whitefish, tench, crucian carp, bream, and roach. Above all, the beautiful surroundings attract anglers, in addition to the excellent fishing opportunities.

From our raised beds and our fruit trees and berry bushes, you can create your own little meal consisting of fresh herbs, salads, and vegetables. Or you can catch a fish and grill it right in the garden at the outdoor grill area. Fresh eggs, homemade jams, honey from the beekeeper, and sourdough bread can be ordered directly from the surrounding farmers in Moryn.

A major highlight are the two riding stables in Moryn and Bielin, about 4 to 8 km away, where you can take riding lessons for beginners and advanced riders daily in the mornings and afternoons. At the Bielin riding stable, you can treat yourself to an authentic Balinese full-body massage every day or simply enjoy a coffee and cake on the terrace while watching the approximately 140 animals graze in the pasture. Just around the corner from the Moryn Farm Resort is a wildlife enclosure where you can observe fallow deer and goats. About a 1 1/2-hour drive from the Moryn Farm Resort is the “Majaland” children’s amusement park in Kownaty. You can reach Moryn’s old town in about 20 minutes by bike and about 8 minutes by car. There you’ll find, among other things, a charming, modern pizzeria, as well as an ice cream parlour where you can enjoy not only the best and most delicious sundaes but also waffles, cakes, coffee, and cold drinks. There’s also a convenience store there that really has everything. In Moryn itself, there’s a Biedronka supermarket, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a flower shop, and more. Right on the lake in Moryn—where one of the two main beaches is located—a geopark has been built featuring life-size Stone Age animals that lived about 15,000 years ago. This is not only very exciting and thrilling for children, but adults can also learn something new and be amazed.

The next-largest town, Chojna, is 20 km away, where you can find everything from Rossmann, KiK, and Netto to a butcher shop and a fishing store.

In Poland, you don’t really need to cook for yourself while on holiday. Since food prices are quite affordable for German guests, it makes sense to go out for dinner at one of the many restaurants in Moryn and Chojna. The “Makarun” restaurant deserves a special mention—with its industrial-style decor and young, friendly staff who speak German and English, it’s quite reminiscent of Berlin’s Mitte district. Some guests actually eat there every single night :-)!
