"Das Konzept ist nicht ganz durchdacht. Es fehlen Ablagen in der Dusche für Hygieneprodukte, so das man diese auf den Boden stellen muss. Beim Essen fehlen Servietten auf den Tischen, gerade mit kleineren Kindern ist es komfortabler. Es gibt eine Menge Angebote für die Kinder, die zum Teil kostenpflichtig sind. Gerade der Aquapark ist nicht inkludiert. Des Weiteren erfolgt kein Handtuch Austausch und muss ein Tag vorher angemeldet werden. Bei uns war lediglich ein Duschtuch und zwei Handtücher...

"Neue Anlage etwas außerhalb des Ortes im Wald. Sehr moderne Einrichtung. Die Kolleginnen an der Rezeption waren super freundlich. Die Kommunikation erfolgte in Englisch. Wir hatten ein Apartment im EG mit kleinem eingezäunten Garten - perfekt, wenn man mit Hund reist. Parken ist vor Ort gegen Gebühr möglich. Die Tiefgarage bietet genügend Platz. Wenn man Entspannung sucht und es in Kauf nimmt ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in den Ort/Richtung Strand zu gehen ist es ideal. Wir kommen gerne wieder! "

"Excellent but 1 downer. The coffee system at breakfast which I was told is to be fixed. After a 30-minute wait for coffee and the lone machine would still not work, a member of the staff did make a cup of coffee for me. Besides that, a most pleasant stay."
