This luxurious apartment with a private sauna is located on the third floor of a cozy building. It comprises a spacious living room (TV, large table, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is also included. The resort boasts a private, 30-square-meter roof terrace. Central and underfloor heating are provided. Wireless internet is available.
The well-maintained and fenced grounds of the resort offer a wealth of amenities ensuring an exceptionally enjoyable stay. There is an on-site restaurant serving excellent breakfasts, a café, and a drinks bar. Guests can enjoy the free spa area (a year-round sauna with a cooling barrel and a garden jacuzzi available between May 1st and September 15th). A playground and playroom are available for children. Secure parking is available.

The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, a private sauna, a communal garden jacuzzi (May 1st – September 15th), heating, and final cleaning. A cot and highchair are available upon request.

The holiday resort is situated in a true oasis of peace and quiet, surrounded by dense forests and directly adjacent to a beautiful lake. Although it falls under the jurisdiction of the Stężyca holiday resort, it is closer to the neighboring village of Zgorzałe, which boasts a sandy beach. More attractions, including a guarded swimming area with a large beach, water sports equipment rentals, a promenade, and numerous restaurants, are available in the center of Stężyca (approximately 2 km from the resort).
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
