The large number of bedrooms and bathrooms guarantee that up to 16 people can live comfortably at the same time. Guests can use two double kayaks and a 3-person rowing boat on site.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Youth groups not allowed. The landlord lives on the same property. Dogs are to be kept on a leash. When arriving with a dog, the dog is not allowed to stay alone in the apartment. Non smoking accommodation. Property under video surveillance ... Only one dog is allowed in this type.
