The holiday home is located on the edge of the forest, which means it is in a quiet area and is ideal for nature lovers. The Baltic Sea is only three kilometres away, but there are also seven lakes nearby, some of which are suitable for swimming or fishing.

Nearby attractions: An excellent base for exploring Świnoujście or Międzyzdroje. Whether by car or bike, you can do enough here. Improve your handicap on the golf course about 1.5 km away, which is the only one on Wolin Island. Kołczewo borders Lake Kołzowskie, and the Polish Baltic Sea is not far away. The beach is easily reached by a path through the forest. You can also take a bus directly to Kołobrzeg or Świnoujście. In the summer months, the bus runs quite often between these two towns.
