Welcome to Seaside Apartment, a tastefully appointed, tranquil semi-detached 3 bedroom apartment just moments from Gnarabup Beach.

A perfect getaway for couples, close friends or small families. The Apartment features a private entrance, secluded courtyard for outdoor lounging, high end furnishing, kitchenette and bathroom.

Seaside Apartment is the perfect base to immerse yourself in everything Margaret River has to offer; incredible coastline, surfing, wineries and breweries.

Seaside Apartment has a tranquil beachside charm. The space has been thoughtfully renovated with selected furnishings and luxury linens.

GUEST ACCESS
Separate parking on the jarrah sleepers in front of the home.

There is a key safe entry at the back door for 24 hour convenience or SELF CHECK-IN. You will be sent confirmation of the combination to the key safe the evening before your arrival.

Fabulous location tucked away behind the dunes and close to The Common. Felt very welcome with clear entry and operating instructions, a welcoming bottle of wine and chocolate and lovely decor. Bed was really comfy with a good mattress and quality bedding. The weekend we stayed was very cold and wet and the A/C struggled a bit to warm the house.

Stayed with friends at this apartment. Easy access and walking distance to beautiful Prevelly Beach and great coffee at the Elephant Cafe. Would stay again.

Excellent apartment close to the beach

The apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Spacious outdoor deck with barbecue perfect for outdoor dining. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood despite being peak season. Only 10 minutes walk from the beach and excellent cafe. Would recommend and would stay again.

Amazing beachside retreat

Mari-Claire’s place had everything we needed for our family holiday with 2 little ones - it was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The outdoor space was beautifully maintained and a lovely retreat from the sun when needed - our daughter also loved feeding the fish each morning :) Thanks to MC and Dylan were an absolute pleasure to deal with - we can’t wait to return soon!

Perfect getaway. Fantastic location close to cafes and dog beach. Very relaxing, clean and comfortable. Loved the little welcome touches bottle of wine and chocolate. I highly recommend, have already shared with friends! We will be back!

Quiet and good location

Lovely property well presented and easy to find. Do need your own transport. Possibly my criticism stem from my own fault in not double checking a couple of things.. shower over the bath which is tricky when you are getting older and although there was an two burner plug in I missed a bench top cooker. Most comfortable bed of the whole three week trip!

Seaside Apartment

We spent a glorious 3 days here with our little dog & our expectations were exceeded. The interior was fabulous - so much care & thought had gone into achieving a relaxed coastal vibe throughout the apartment & courtyard. The owners have decked out the apartment with everything you could possibly need - lovely linens & bath products, high quality kitchenware, teas & coffee & even a set of wusthof knives 😁 The courtyard was really lovely & caught the afternoon sun so you could sit out & relax with a wine after a busy day out. The area is beautiful & it’s only 5 mins walk to the beach, White Elephant cafe & Common Bistro where we went the 1st night & watched the sunset with our margaritas & taco’s 😍 Only 10 mins drive to Margaret River township or to Prevelly beach. There’s also a yoga studio up the road & high quality food @ the Larder. Glenarty Rd was a 30 min drive - brilliant food, relaxed vibe and dog friendly. Seaside apartment was outstanding, we couldn’t fault any thing & will definitely be back again. Thanks Marie -Claire & Dylan!

Gorgeous Apartment!

Impeccably clean with welcome bottle of wine & chocolate. 3 bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses, ceiling fans & plug in heaters in bedrooms. Air conditioner in lounge room with TV & board games. Access to laundry & barbecue on property. Dog friendly but no doggy smell or hair anywhere so perfect also if you don’t have pets (which we didn’t for that trip). Kitchenette had full size fridge with soo many condiments etc.. microwave, toaster, plug in hot plate, Nespresso coffee machine & pods, kettle & tonnes of tea bags (dishwashing detergent etc). Bathroom with shower in the bath (huge bottles of shampoo, conditioner & soap) & toilet in the same room. Communication with host on stayz app was “spot on” & made everything incredibly easy. Property is a very short walk to the beach in a very quite residential area. Perfect for a relaxing getaway 11 mins (in car) from Margaret River.
