"The airport pickup was difficult to locate upon arrival, and there was no prior communication beyond the confirmation email to guide me. After waiting about 30 minutes without success, I arranged my own transportation and took a taxi to the hotel. Upon arrival, the pickup situation was discussed with me multiple times and was ultimately resolved the following day. Although I was unable to use the airport pickup service, I was still required to pay for it. The manager did offer a resolution, which included honoring the pickup charge in exchange for a late checkout and a complimentary lunch, which I accepted. Aside from this experience, my stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit."

"The rooms were not swept. Lots of dust everywhere. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. "

"The room was perfect. Even had a washing machine. The blanket in the bed was the softest I’ve ever had. It was so comfortable after a long day. The pool was beautiful and clean and cold. I was surprised the water was cool."

"Got there and found out reception could not help me get in as it is a private appartments but it was advertised as the reception being able to let us in. Messaged the person who did not respond except to say room was not available. So i never saw or experienced the accomidation so had to rate it as bad. Beware of private appartments it was not very nice to have to find somewhere last minute in a strange country."
