"Absolutely amazing experience. It didn't start off great. In fact, they stuffed up with a couple of things with my wife's birthday surprise and spa booking but they made up for it in ways I cannot even express. It was a delightful experience after day 1. We were there for a week and every single day felt special. Every staff member at the property makes you feel special and are very warm and courteous. I'd like to thank Muskan for her amazing hospitality throughout our stay. Despite having challenges at the airport with the indigo disruption, she managed to arrange a pick up, put us in a very good room, made my wife's birthday very special by the beach and was always available for absolutely anything and everything that we needed. While the Property is great, it's the staff that take it to the next level so keep up the great work Taj. We look forward to staying at another Taj property very soon. "

"This is a great hotel, very well situated opposite Miramar beach and right between Miramar and Donna Paula. The staff were helpful and courteous, the room and facilities were immaculate. The roof top pool is a lovely area to relax with great views and a gentle breeze off the sea. There is also a small but beautifully equipped gym. An overall fantastic stay and highly recommended."

"Tries hard for a cool North European vibe in hot and humid Goa. Fika and hygge are referenced. Clean and well located. Staff make an effort. There's visible damp all along the hallways, but hey, it's Goa, not Copenhagen. We'd come back."

"The service was very good. Folks were helpful. Though sometimes my requests weren't well understood. The facilities weren't great. I had to change my room because the toilet seat wouldnt shut properly and the shower wouldnt turn on properly. The new room was ok, but i dont think it was vented correctly because it would sometimes have a sewage smell in the room. This was especially bad on my last night there. Food was ok. Nothing spectacular, but not bad. Overall, a serviceable and not a terrible stay. But I wouldn't be eager to stay there next time. Oh, and there is no pool at this hotel. The pool is at The Crescent, and guests are allowed to go over there (not the same thing as having one on property)."
