"Comfortable room and excellent staff"

"Room was clean. "

"Room needed maintenance. Front door didn’t lock very well. Shower head was spouting water all over the place and fixed it with a face washer hanging over it. PowerPoint above vanity didn’t work, probably due to water from shower head Bed was way too soft. Water temperature in bathroom was so hot it could burn you, but water pressure was fine."

"Room was nice and mostly met our needs. My only complaint is no milk in room for coffee or tea. No extra roll of toilet paper. Really enjoyed our breakfast delivered to our room right when we asked for it. I called to the office and requested milk and TP which was delivered with our breakfast."

"It was a good standard of accommodation for an overnight stay. It would be useful if they could provide a better iron and ironing board because the current ones were too flimsy."

"It was clean, comfortable, Netflix worked well and there was good room service! Only complaint is there wasn’t any shower gel provided and the toilet didn’t flush well. It would be great to also had a microwave in each room. Great place though and conveniently located. Staff were lovely."

"I had a maintenance issue with room on arrival and was immediately moved to an equivalent or better room without hesitation. Great service"
