"My room was spacious, clean and quiet. Ate at the restaurant 720 for breakfast, excellent. Chef made eggs to order. Asked numerous questions of staff, all were courteous, helpful and friendly. Location of hotel was central to many parks, museums and restaurants. We walked to many places rather than using taxis. I would book this hotel in the future when visiting."

"The maid service made our bed, emptied the wastebaskets, and took our used towels, but they didn't give us new towels, nor did they take away the wine glasses from the previous night's gratis bar. They didn't give us any more toilet paper either. The desk chair can't be raised to a level that lets you work at the desk. While it's a very comfortable hotel, it's showing its age."

"Mi experiencia en el Hotel Blake fue impecable desde que llegué, muy limpio, hands up to Eric que nos atendió amablemente en todo momento. La habitación de 10, grande y limpia al igual que el baño, la cama bastante cómoda para descansar. Sin duda regresaría a este hotel que tiene excelente ubicación para salir y disfrutar de Chicago."

"My room was dirty, and smelled like wet dog or mildew upon arrival. Was highly upset and the hotel was fully booked out so I could ‘t even ask for another room. The shower was really bad at keeping the water inside the shower-well which caused the water to seep into the carpet no matter how many towels we put down. Couldn’t take a shower without there being a ginormous puddle of water on the floor. & the ac barely worked which made the room even more humid/mildew smelling. Would not book this hotel again."

"Everything was excellent about our stay here. We got in about 2am and Joe was super helpful and gave us a whole bunch of information. There is public parking near the hotel about a 5 minute walk. Make sure to park there. It is secure and pretty cheap about 20 dollars a day. Establishment was super clean and loved everything about it. Will definitely stay there again"

"Loved my stay here amazing view!!. The elevators and hallways was just super humid. Rooms were cool and clean the view we had AMAZING!!! I only gave it a 4 starts because of the humid elevators and hallway. But other than that I would book again!"
