The light-filled, comfortable Non smoking apartment extends to about 70 square meters and is ideal for 2 to 5 persons. A toddler (3 years) can in cot as an extra bed (6. Person) will be accommodated. The balcony (south) invites you to linger and allows you to enjoy the sun and the view of the sea. The balcony from the living and sleeping area walkable. The tiled floor and the high-quality furniture, decorated in warm, calm tones. The combined living and dining area is equipped with a modern kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a 4-Zoneceranfeld, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils. The accompanying dining area includes a dining table with 2 chairs and a seating area. The living area with a sofa (in a few steps to 2. Bed for 2 persons), 2 armchairs, coffee table, a flat screen with DVD player and CD stereo complete the whole thing. An additional roll mattress offers on the sofa bed good sleep comfort. The spacious bedroom has a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), 2 bedside cabinets, 1 single bed and a large wardrobe. 1x travel cot (without mattress and bed inlett) and 1x high chair are included for a small guest. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and vanity. Even on holiday, you do not need to do without Internet access (WLAN via hotspot) in your home. This is included. A car park belongs to every flat. Your bikes can be parked on the site under a covered bike racks. In the basement of the house is to relax a sauna (for a fee) and for the exercise a table tennis room and washer and dryer for a fee. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. The natural South Beach can be reached in just 5 minutes. The comfortably furnished apartment has 70 square meters of living space and stands out with its south-facing balcony and views of the Baltic Sea. Ideal for 2 to 5 people. You can also contact to relax and rest a private sauna for a fee. For the younger guests a small in-house playground and a table tennis (for the adults) are available in the basement of the house. A washer and dryer are also available in the house for a fee.

Schöne Aussicht.

Wir hatten über Silvester eine sehr erholsame Zeit in der Wohnung. Sie war sauber, hell und ruhig mit einem tollen Ausblick! Einzig das Wlan könnte etwas besser sein.
