"Problem solving = zero. Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. Finally, when checking in they asked for more money with the excuse that I not stayed with the chain earlier. I have not recived the final bill yet due to the fact that the system was down when checking out...

"Great hotel, fantastic views, excellent spa facilities. Room excellent - spacious with cooking facilities in the private hall rather than the bedroom itself so you do not need to sleep with stale cooking smells. Very well equipped, though in summer the lack of air con may be a factor. Only downside was the pillows (though that and the lack of air con seems to be a common problem in hotels in Germany)."

"Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr schön. Alles war sauber und hygienisch. Bei dem Frühstücksbuffet hatte man reichlich Auswahl. Was wir nicht so gut fanden, war die Parksituation. Es wurde aber ganz gut gelöst, dass man bei einem anderen Hotel parken kann, allerdings musste man da ein paar Meter laufen (was für uns nicht schlimm war). 10€ pro Tag für den Parkplatz fanden wir persönlich auch zu viel. Den Parkplatz bekommt man bei anderen Hotels inklusive. Das wäre super, wenn sich das hier auch...

"Pros: Had a wonderful time here. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Cons: Water pressure in shower a little too low, but just went downstairs to the sauna/pool and was happy. The scrambled eggs were a little runny for my taste. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to people I like."
