"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"schöne Lage, liebevoll eingerichtet, die angeblich für 5 Personen vorhandenen Schlafmöglichkeiten sind eine Katastrophe und einfach grausam. Zum Glück hatten wir nur für ein Wochenende gebucht, 14 Tage hätten es diejenigen, die auf der Ausziehcouch und dem Klappbett geschlafen haben nicht ausgehalten. Max für 3 Personen (2 Erw. und ein Kind geeignet."

"Mein Sohn und ich hatten ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe.Was daran jetzt Deluxe war,weiß ich ehrlich gesagt nicht.Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich,wir hatten auch einen großen Fernseher an der Wand und eine Regendusche aber außgerechnet an der großen Fensterfront war der Griff abgebrochen und man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen.Dementsprechend dreckig war es auch.Der versprochene Blick aufs Meer war ein seitlicher Blick auf den Wreechener See nicht auf die Ostsee. "Excellent hotel with comfortable bed and plentiful breakfast. I did not use the balcony due to the weather. Guests have use of the sauna and swimming pool at the nearby VNU Hotel (at the top of the hill) for EUR15. This under repair on the first night but I did use it on the 2nd night, they do ask you to wear flip flops or other bathing shoes. The hotel is handy for the REWE supermarket and shops. The Rasender Roland steam railway station is about 15 minutes walk away uphill but there is also a funicular railway. This railway was the main reason for my visit. The station restaurant is very good for meals. I had a day out in Binz which has plenty of shops and nice walks along the beach, also a larger REWE supermarket."
