Not good hotel

I was looked out of my room for 45 minutes because the room key don’t open the door and their hand man couldn’t solve the issue . They changed me to a dirty room at 22:00 after i insist . And i have to move all my staff late after they managed to open the door . I have a 1 year old baby , this was a massive inconvenient . Also they charged me twice because their member of staff didn’t beleive that i paid to hotel.com website befohand . He didn’t bother to check properly . Also they have parties at the restaurant with very loud music until later than 22:00 . Plus on the corredor you could hear everything from the rooms , especially a couple making love.

1) Estacionamento descoberto com opção de deixar o veículo em baixo de árvores que posteriormente, o deixam imundo p/ queda de folhas e escremento de pássaros; 2) Pedi um filé mal passado e me entregaram um tostado; 3) Ap.317 (18 a 20/09/2025) classificado como quarto "BUSINESS CLASS" (piada de mal gosto...), poltrona desconfortável e dura , ar condicionado split Mídea velho c/ controle remoto sustentado p/ esparadrapos, chuveiro barulhento, torneira da pia do banheiro não aquecia e saia água c/ ferrugem, amenidades bizarras com sabonete de banho cheirando a "AZEITONAS", Shampoo c/ cheiro de perfume de idosa além de serem ambos oleosos...mal gosto total do comprador...foi o kit mais desqualificado de amenidades que eu me deparei...custo de diária excessivo para o que entrega... 4) Funcionários inexperientes / muito jovens(mão de obra barata.... perdidos, todavia, não tem culpa se a liderança não lhes transmite ensinamentos(exceção para o colaborador Luis de A&B que se destacava p/ trato e presença constante em todos os ambientes do Hotel; 5) Recepcionista Mariana(mal educada e petulante) interessada nas cobranças abusivas do estacionamento aberto p/ engordar o PLR, NF enviada após diversos contatos somente após 3 dias.... RESUMO: Hotel c/ estrutura antiga, amenidades de banheiro de rodoviária, ausência urgente de pintura , reformas, cobranças abusivas (taxa de serviços de hospedagem à R$80,50) Diária a R$805,50 do quarto depreciado, ausência de treinamento. NÃO RECOMENDO!

Gostaria de deixar um feedback sobre minha estadia. De forma geral, o hotel possui uma boa estrutura e localização, mas há alguns pontos que podem ser aprimorados para oferecer uma experiência ainda melhor aos hóspedes. Pontos positivos: • A academia possui equipamentos bons, em ótimo estado de uso. • O ar-condicionado do quarto funciona muito bem, proporcionando conforto térmico. • A cama e os travesseiros oferecem conforto moderado. • Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos, demonstrando boa hospitalidade. • O café da manhã é agradável, com boa variedade e qualidade geral. Pontos a melhorar: • A piscina esteve imprópria para uso no sábado e domingo, com a água suja. • Os capachos dos elevadores estão bastante deteriorados, passando uma imagem de descuido. • O piso do quarto não é limpo adequadamente pelas camareiras. • Falta o cardápio noturno nos quartos, especialmente para pedidos após as 22h. • No café da manhã, a jarra de água é pequena, e alguns hóspedes enchem garrafas, o que acaba deixando os demais sem acesso à água. No geral, gostei da hospedagem, mas acredito que, com pequenos ajustes nesses detalhes, o hotel pode oferecer uma experiência muito mais completa e agradável aos seus visitantes.
