Konforlu bir tatil

Huzurlu temiz bir ortamda konaklama fırsatı buldum. Daire temiz ve hijyenikti ,personeller gayet güler yüzlü ve ilgililer Dışarda mangal yapabileceğimiz alanları mevcut. Laz koyu plajına yakın. Kısa bir tatili di, tekrar ailem ile gitmeyi planlıyorum.

“Konaklama deneyimimiz ne yazık ki son derece olumsuzdu. İlk günden itibaren sıcak su problemi vardı ve bu sorun konaklama süremiz boyunca çözülmedi. Temizlik konusundaki yetersizlik dikkat çekiciydi; hem oda hem de ortak alanlar hijyen açısından beklentimizin çok altındaydı. İletişim konusunda da işletmeden yeterli ilgi ve destek göremedik. Konuk memnuniyetine önem verilmediğini net bir şekilde hissettik.

Kötü bir deneyim

Bozuk bir elektrikli ocak ,kapaksız bir adet tencere,bir tava...Ocak için aradığımızda gelen görevli bu ocakların böyle olduğunu ellerinde olmadigini söyledi.Biraz cıkışınca karşı odadan getirdiler.Gördüğüm en kötü mutfak.Görevli yok ,giriş çıkışlarda soran yok.Ormanın ortasında çok güvensiz bir ortam.Gece olunca her yer karanlık.Bir bahçe var bakımsız.Hotelsdeki puana aldandım.Kesinlikle 8.7 ilk bir yer değil.Bir daha gitmem,tavsiye etmem.

Otel yeri merkeze 15 dk, laz koyuna 19 dk. Konaklama yeri bayağı eski. Kapılar, banyo, mutfak hepsinin elden geçirilmasi lazım. Yatak çok rahatsızdı. Standart odada konakladık. Fazladan yastık yoktu; yastıklar çok inceydi. Tuvalet lavabosu çok kötü çalışıyordu, banyo telefon askısı tam durmuyordu. Mutfaktaki demlik kullanılabilir değildi. Çamaşır asacak yer çok paslıydı asamadık. Mobilyalar çok eski, duvarlar rutubet, kırık, boyasız vs… sadece uyumak için 2 günlük kullandık, 1 gece daha kalınmazdı. Aslında çok iyi bir yer olabilecek ama el değmesi lazım. Bahçede mangala yap, meyve ağaçlarında meyveni ye, kahvaltını hazırla bahçede ye. Bu alanları çok iyiydi.

Kaldığımız gece Gökçeada'da aşırı rüzgar olduğundan bütün gece rüzgar uğultusundan zor uyuduk. Balkon kapısı tam yerleşmediğinden rüzgar estikçe o da çarptı. Bunun dışında bir problemi yoktu.
