"The floors a slippery and pillows a little stiff but otherwise the room very comfortable. Breakfast was good but if your wanting any kind of meat for breakfast that’s not happening. Check in staff was very friendly, nice to see smiling faces. Checkout was the same. Smiling face makes you continue to have a nice day😁. Enjoyed the checkout time as well. Could still relax after breakfast. "

"The property and area are beautiful, and the villas are quite nice and appear clean at first glance. However, once you settle in and look around, they could benefit from additional cleaning and care. We stayed in a jacuzzi villa and highly recommend it over a pool villa if you want a view of the Sea of Galilee; otherwise, the view is not as enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were kind, but they seemed inexperienced. They made us pay again, despite having already paid...

"Room is clean, property is pleasant, lots of outdoor seating. Could be spruced up a bit, there were a few cracked tiles in the bathroom, the shower gasket was torn so the entire room got flooded while showering. Biggest problem is the wi-fi which was painfully slow - so slow that we ended up using our phone hotspot instead of the hotel's wi-fi. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, they didn't seem to care."
