Romantic Riverfront Property at Stevens Pass & Pet Friendly

Come up, visit and stay at South Fork Lodge and let nature wrap its arms around you. Drive through breathtaking views of Mt Index, Sunset Falls, and the beautiful rolling Skykomish River. This is a two story building with two separate full furnished studio's. The upstairs unit is # 966159 called the Eagles Perch. This Washington River Front Cabin Rental is your home away from home on your Cascade Mountain Vacation. South Fork is an easy drive from Seattle, about 55 miles; Redmond, about 42 miles; Bellingham, about 98 miles; and Leavenworth, about 65 miles.
This little piece of paradise offers tons of activities close by! In the summer there are numerous hikes, lots of fun fishing holes to find. Terrific kayaking, rafting, and swimming, biking trails and rock climbing just name a few. Or just sit back in your own oasis and enjoy the serene views at this River Front rental. In the winter there are just as many fun thrills with down hill skiing, cross country skiing, snow boarding, snowmobiling, and sledding up at Stevens Pass Ski Resort which is about 20 minutes away.
Immerse yourself into this newly remodeled and decorated studio that accommodates one or two comfortably. Let the soothing sounds of nature allow you to soar into blissful pleasures. Enjoy the view from all the windows that face out on the bend of the river. Sit and relax in the comfy furniture, before a rustic rock framed propane fireplace and watch tv or read a great book. There is also a split heater/AC unit. Put up your feet outside on the deck that spans the whole studio and read, write, relax and enjoy the view. Bring up your food and cook inside in the fully furnished kitchen or barbeque on the deck.
Soak in the hottub at night and watch the stars, hear the river, get lost in this sweet paradise. Sink into the fluffy comfort of the king size bed and let the sound of the river take you away into sweet slumbers.

Terrific for that busy person who needs some quiet time to get away, think and pursue big dreams, or a couple who wish to get away from it all and enjoy a romantic weekend, or anyone that just wishes to be close by all the wonderful scenic beauty the Index area has to offer.

Open the door to the spectacular 650sq ft ground floor rental apartment, that has just been renovated. With large windows offering an unparalled view of the Skykomish River and Philadelphia ridge. Knotty pine, hardwood floor and a stone fireplace provide that beautiful rustic cabin feeling, but with modern conveniences.

This is a perfect hideaway for anyone to just think, dwell, be inspired, connect, and get away from the monotony of life. Come on in, put away your luggage, hang up your coats, and put your feet up after a long day of hiking or skiing.

Come in to comfy furniture to sit in and a tall dining table one can sit at and enjoy the view of the river. With a full kitchen that wraps around and all the windows look out on the river, you'll have great views no matter where you are and what your doing. With a great propane barbecue on the deck you can just immerse yourself into the peaceful scene and cook here. Or head out within 8-20 miles and enjoy some eating out at various restaurants in Gold Bar, Start Up and Sultan.

New pillow top king size bed will allow you that deep sleep you've been needing. Large bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer will give you those needed amenities, which make it nice for longer than a nights stay. Also a new leather queen sleeper sofa if you wish to come with children or another couple or family members. It is a Studio, so all one space but roomy. The deck spans the river and has a hot tub and seating and a barbecue for grilling.

South Fork Lodge is close to many hikes, Lake Serene Trailhead and Bridal Veil Falls are just down the road and offer some pristine beauty. Wallace Falls is in Gold Bar and a great hike to 3 waterfalls. There is a book in the lodge that goes over many other hikes and some maps to get you where your going.

Rock climbing is all around but the most famous is in Index at the Index Wall.

Rafting and Kayaking is very popular and many companies can give you one wild ride down this river.

Fishing along the Skykomish river is popular with lots of fishing holes!

Stevens Pass is home to all that winter fun activity and is just 25 minutes up Highway 2 from your lodge.
So come on up for skiing and snow boarding and sledding!

You are just moments away from wonderful activities all around you at this place. Its a very beautiful and warm and cozy newly remodeled place that will take your breath away at the view.
