"We stayed in one of the private cabins and absolutely loved it. It made us feel as though we had our own little quiet oasis, and I loved opening the shades in the morning and having the river just steps away. The property was immaculate, the drinks at the bar were delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect as well, close to downtown Stowe, the rec trail and all the fun breweries and restaurants. We can’t wait to go back!"

"My three adult children, my grandchildren andI all enjoyed the rustic charm and spacious layout of this home away from home for our five day vacation. The well supplied kitchen, dining area and living room are fantastic gathering spaces. There are three distinctly separate sleeping areas that our family appreciated. Everyone loved the game room downstairs and access to washer & dryer. Communication with the owner, Douglas, was exceptional for requests and information about the property. The location close to Stowe village fulfilled all our outing needs as shoppers, diners, and hikers, bikers, or walkers on the amazing pathways. The well maintained yard is enormous making way for everyone to engage in baseball, soccer, lacrosse, and lawn games. The bubbling brook at the end of the property gave way to children discovering nature and adults seated comfortably enjoying peaceful sounds, reading and libations.We will definitely rebook this property for future family gatherings. We all remarked on how much it fulfilled our expectations."

"This is an outstanding property. We had 4 families, for a total of 12 people, children and adults. The house offers plenty of space to be together as well as private space for each family. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is well-supplied with equipment (we found the two dishwashers so helpful!). The pool was the highlight of our vacation - it is well-maintained and quite beautiful. The house is in an excellent location, nearby to so many things to do! Amy was helpful, responsive, and so easy to work with. Everyone one of us had a great week at Mansfield Ridge and we highly recommend it!"

"Spacious rental house with private swimming pool and lots of common spaces to hang out. Close to Stowe village but on a quiet side street. The setup is especially good for extended families/friend groups traveling with kids as the bunkroom and game room are on a separate level from the "grownup" bedrooms."
