Other Things to Note: As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.
Please Note: We do not supply pool/beach towels. We recommend either packing them from home or purchasing beach towels once you arrive in Surfers Paradise.

Perfect Rental
Very impressed with absolutely everything, looked exactly the same as the photos online. Very close to everything you need. Will be staying again next time.
Super spacious apartment. Convenient location. A little noisy at night due to proximity to Cavill Ave and industrial air-conditioning units below.
Lovely pool area, perfectly heated as the weather was a little cool during our stay.

Great location,clean and tidy
Perfect location with nice ocean views. Stayed during the Gold Coast music awards weekend,the unit looked straight onto the cavil av main stage. We thought Bub would get distracted by the noise but no problems. The only fault but minor was trying to get the air con to work. Cheers 5 stars from our little family,can’t wait to go back

Ideal location, great views, clean and tidy.
A couple of improvements I would suggest are:
Fix the toilet roll holder in the ensuite. The toilet roll fell off constantly which drove me mad.
Clean the cushions in the lounge. They had an odor.
Organise with the reception area to allow travelers to leave their baggage on day leaving if it's after 10am. The Real estate agent was closed and the reception area wouldn't allow baggage left because it wasn't booked through them. We were not made aware this would be an issue and presumed that reception would hold our bags. For this reason only I would look elsewhere next time.
Views were excellent.
All facilities were included which was great for a long stay.
Linen was at a poor standard, hairs were found on top of sheets and pillows. Sleeping pillows need to be changed over as bad stains and odours were very noticeable.
Lounges were at dirty quality and we used sheets to cover to sit on and need steam cleaning with urgency.
Had a stunning view of the beach and the city too. Great location with supermarket, shopping, beach, restaurants, bars etc all in very close walking distance. Good sized balcony and great facilities. Pool is beautiful.

Conflicting information of WIFI access
Collected the keys in an envelope from the Drop box (This had a fact sheet (which I did not read)
On entering the apartment and reading the apartment information book which advised WiFi access at a cost.
I requested info and was advise via email to "read the fact sheet" where the Free WiFi access code was advised. However, having limited access to my emails- only read the response post our stay and on reading the email. We suggest that the conflicting WiFi access information is removed from within the apartment.
Noticed that there was a presence of "fruit flies" in the apartment on all three days of our stay. Other than that the property was clean.
On the nice to haves - Larger TV in the lounge would be nice.
You know when the kids say the holiday went so fast, usually means they 'loved it'. It was a great location, facilities, environment and managed well. Thanks Belinda and crew!!
Even the weather was not on our side, we were glad we had this beautiful apartment to enjoy the view, relax and breath the fresh ocean air from high above.
